A Flexible Resource, a Full Range of Services
Lenders draw upon Radian's underwriting expertise by engaging our highly proficient underwriters, who
meet specific investor requirements through a full range of services, either on-site at a lender's office or
through our service centers, including full underwriting and automated underwriting service validation. We
also offer MI processing through our service centers, which operate in a paperless, workflow environment
that enables us to effectively and efficiently balance the workload between sites to meet our turn time goal of
24 hours for underwriting loans with MI and clearing conditions.
All Radian underwriters have proven their expertise through a proficiency assessment test. On-going quality assessments and training ensure the caliber of underwriting service the lender receives.
